With lush landscaping and ornate gardens set against one of the city’s few National Historic Landmark properties, the Robert Mills House and Park provides a picturesque setting for your next special event.

*Event items such as tents, dance floors, linens, etc. are not included in rental fees and have to be rented separately.

Rates

Carriage House & Courtyard
Deposit: A refundable $250 deposit is required.

Monday – Sunday 6 hours - $600 (longer hours negotiable, if needed)

Carriage House, Courtyard & Founders’ Garden
Deposit: A refundable $250 deposit is required.

Monday – Sunday 6 hours - $800 (longer hours negotiable, if needed)

Full Grounds
Deposit: A refundable $500 deposit is required.

Monday – Sunday Full day (9:00am – 12:00am): $2,500
