Mid-Carolina Camellia Society's Camellia Love Exhibition and Sale

Boyd Foundation Horticultural Center : 1615 Blanding Street, Columbia, SC 29201

In partnership with Historic Columbia, the Mid-Carolina Camellia Society is proud to present their 2026 Camellia Love Exhibition and Sale, hosted in the lush gardens of the Hampton-Preston Mansion. Join us for a day of workshops, demos, door prizes, and a special plant sale, featuring 20 hard-to-find varieties of camellias at a great price! Admission is free and open to the public, and no registration is required.

 

About the Mid-Carolina Camellia Society:

The Mid-Carolina Camellia Society is a club whose mission is “…to inspire, promote, and develop an interest in Camellias.”. They are organized and meet in Columbia, SC, with members that reside all over the state of SC.


First organized in 1955 as The Men’s Camellia Club of Columbia, the club has a rich history of camellia shows and providing education about growing and caring for camellias.


The Mid-Carolina Camellia Society is a member of the American Camellia Society, the Atlantic Coast Camellia Society, and the Garden Club Council of Greater Columbia.

    There is free street parking located around the Hampton-Preston Mansion. Please obey all posted parking signs.
