Palladium members are invited to join Historic Columbia on Thursday, May 28, 2026, from 6:00–7:30 p.m. for an exclusive Renovation Rodeo inside a beautifully restored apartment on Main Street. The ca.-1901 building showcases Classical Revival architecture and a layered past tied to Columbia’s evolving commercial and cultural history, while the apartment features luxurious finishes, great views, and a relaxing, private balcony. Guests will tour the property, learn about its preservation and rehabilitation, and enjoy light refreshments while connecting with fellow preservation enthusiasts. This private experience is reserved for Palladium members and will not be open to the public—become a Palladium member to attend.

The exact address for the Renovation Rodeo will be emailed to all attendees on the day before the event. Please make sure to register with your current email address.
