Holiday Concert in the Gardens

Boyd Foundation Horticultural Center : 1615 Blanding Street, Columbia, SC 29201

Performers from the South Carolina Philharmonic will join Historic Columbia for an intimate holiday concert in the greenhouse of the Boyd Foundation Horticultural Center, located on the grounds of the Hampton-Preston Mansion. This special strings performance will fill the beautiful garden setting with beloved holiday favorites, creating a warm and festive evening of music and celebration.

Please plan to arrive any time after 5:00 p.m. The concert will begin at 6:00 p.m. and last an hour. Chairs will be provided, and attendees are welcome to bring food and beverages to enjoy during the performance.

Tickets are required and space is limited. Please note that this event is for those 21 & over.

    Non-member: $25 (21+ Only)  
    Tickets are required and space is limited. 

  • Refunds

    Refunds are not available. This is an indoor event and will take place rain or shine. 

  • Parking

    There is ample unmetered parking available on the blocks surrounding the Hampton-Preston Mansion. Guests will enter the site on foot via the Laurel Street gate.

    The parking lot located inside the fencing beside the Boyd Foundation Horticultural Center is reserved for guests with accessibility needs only. 

  • Accessibility

    This event will take place in the greenhouse of the Boyd Foundation Horticultural Center and features ground-level entry that can accommodate wheelchairs and other mobility devices. If you have questions about accessibility, please contact us in advance to discuss accessibility modifications.
