Hi, My Name is Jayme!

I am a seven-year-old author, kindness advocate and founder of Jayme Hill's Kidz Kindness Clubhouse™. I believe that kindness, respect, and good manners can change the world. I write books and show kids how to be kind and respectful so we can lead by examples at home, in school, and in our communities. At Jayme's World, our mission is to help kids make kindness a part of their daily lives. We provide programs, events, stories, books and activities that promote respect and compassion. Together, we're creating a world where kindness shines bright in every kid's heart.

How It All Started

I became an author at age six. … but it all began on vacation, when someone I really loved hurt my feelings and was being mean to me.

I felt sad… and I told my Nana, "She owes me an apology." My Nana asked if I wanted to write about it. So, I did. And I said, "People around the world need to be kind and respectful." And my Nana said, "Then you should teach them." That’s how my book was born… and then my kindness movement. Now I go into schools—with my friend, Kedrick the Kindness Kangaroo—and we teach kids how to be kind, respectful, and use good manners. Because we want to make kindness cool in schools.
