1224 Lincoln Street

Originally known as 1220 or 1222 Lincoln Street, this storefront comprises the southern portion of the warehouse built for Kirkland Distributing Company in 1914. It served as the office and warehouse for the Columbia Paper Company from that year until 1922, when the company went bankrupt. Architecturally distinct and situated in an advantageous location, today it houses a number of offices and City Art Gallery.
