Historic Columbia partners with Southern Way Catering and Crisp Event Rentals. These preferred vendors know our venues well and help provide a seamless event experience. Some small events and meetings may be excluded.

What plants will be blooming during my event? 

Our gardens change with the seasons, and bloom times vary throughout the year. You can explore our garden database to see what may be blooming around your event date. 

What is included with my rental? 

Historic Columbia venues are offered as a blank canvas for your event. Your rental includes access to the venue for a 6- or 12-hour period and a selection of tables and chairs for indoor use. 

Is parking available? 

Yes, free street parking is available near all our venues. 

I'm planning an elopement, photography session, or group garden visit. What should I do?

Are there restrictions on items, decorations, or installations? 

Yes. Because our venues are historic properties, certain décor restrictions apply to help protect the buildings and gardens. Flammable arrangements, glitter, and confetti are not permitted, and all decorations must be installed using approved, non-damaging methods. If you have a special installation in mind, our team will be happy to work with you to find an option that meets both your vision and our preservation requirements.
