Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a minimum rental period?
Meeting rentals require a minimum reservation of three hours.
Are food and beverages allowed?
Yes. Catering arrangements can be coordinated through Southern Way Catering, or for meetings of 50 or less, can be coordinated through additional retail establishments.
Is audiovisual equipment included?
Projectors, screens, podiums, and laptop connections, and microphones may be available. Please inquire about available equipment and venue-specific capabilities.
Are table and chair setup included?
Yes. Venue setup and breakdown of Historic Columbia table and chair inventory is included.
Can we use the gardens during our meeting?
Yes. You're welcome to step into the gardens for a break or fresh air during your meeting. However, meeting rentals do not include outdoor event space, and setups, décor, signage, and other installations are not permitted in the gardens.
