How long have you been involved with Palladium?

6 years.

Where are you originally from?

Houston, Texas

If you are not from Columbia, what drove you to this city?

I came out to visit the University of South Carolina, really enjoyed the feel of the school and the town. I have been glad to call it home ever since.

What is your current profession and the name of the organization in which you work?

Attorney, Rogers Townsend Law Firm.

Tell us, in your own words, why you became a member of Palladium.

I was looking to be come more involved in the community and had several friends who were members.

What is your favorite part about Palladium membership?

The people, who are fun-loving, engaging, welcoming and who care about Columbia, its history and future.

Why is history cool to you?

It's remarkable the things that have happened and continue to happen. I find it fascinating to see how things have changed over time but also in many ways how things stay the same or repeat themselves in some form or fashion. For me, historical figures and the impact they had on the world were always of interest.

What is your favorite building in Columbia?

Tough to choose between the State House and Williams-Brice Stadium.
