In-person Behind-the-Scenes Tours are back!!!

Join Historic Columbia for a behind-the-scenes look at one of Columbia’s newest and biggest historic restoration projects! The 100 year-old structure at 1209 and 1211 Gadsden Street and longtime home to BW Clark auto parts is being transformed into a new live-work complex called Gadsden Place. And we have the sneak peek!

You’ll be joined by HC Director of Cultural Resources John Sherrer and Director of Development Megan Plott along with designers and architects from Garvin Design Group, including Scott Garvin. They’ll walk you through this unique transformation, answering all your questions about future plans for the building and its architectural history and significance.

Space is limited so reserve your ticket today! Tickets include the tour along with food and beverage provided by Historic Columbia vendors.
