Hampton-Preston Mansion and Boyd Horticultural Center : 1615 Blanding Street, Columbia, SC 29201
Join Palladium as we celebrate Columbia’s unique mid-century modern architectural history. The tour will take visitors inside four private residences with mid-century modern flair.
Important Ticket Holder Information:
Check-in: 12 – 1 p.m. on Sunday, April 10 at 1601 Blanding Street (Hampton-Preston Mansion & Gardens)
Tour sites open: 1 – 4 p.m. (addresses will be revealed at check-in)
Afterparty: 4 – 6 p.m. at the new Boyd Horticultural Center

The Tour DO's
• Shoe Booties (provided) must be worn in designated homes.
• Photography: Interior photos allowed at homeowner discretion.
• Please respect areas designated as Off-Limits by homeowners.
• Homes are not ADA-compliant.
• Parking: You may have to park a few blocks from a home and walk to it. Be prepared.
• Please respect neighboring properties – stay off grass and respect No Parking signs -
The Tour DONT's
• No refunds – event held rain or shine.
• No pets allowed.
• No food or beverage allowed inside homes.
• No use of bathrooms in homes.
• No parking on grass – anywhere.
• No smoking inside homes.
• No spikey high-heels
