Join us in the heart of Columbia as Palladium Tour | Life on Main Street invites guests to experience the people, places, and bold reinventions of Main Street. Anchored by the newly renovated AIA South Carolina Center for Architecture as our hub, the tour will open doors to an exciting mix of urban living: private residences, short-term rentals, and dynamic commercial spaces throughout the vibrant 1500 block. Blending history, design, and downtown energy, this year’s event offers a fresh, city-centric twist on one of Palladium’s beloved events.
