Join Historic Columbia’s horticulturists as they share what they know about propagating plants from your own garden!

At this Garden Workshop, attendees will learn about reference materials, gathering cuttings, rooting hormones, timing, media selection and more. Attendees will also perform all steps of the process and leave with a selection of cuttings to take home. The goal of this workshop is to clearly explain and simplify the process of propagating plants and give workshop attendees the skills to grow their own garden with existing materials. Attendees will perform all steps of the process and leave with a selection of cuttings to take home.

Guests are encouraged to bring their own gloves and pruners. All gardening levels are welcome. Come prepared to be outside and get dirty!
