11th Hour, 11th Day, 11th Month Exhibit Closes

Woodrow Wilson Family Home : 1705 Hampton Street, Columbia, SC 29201

To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the end of World War I, Historic Columbia’s Woodrow Wilson Family Home is exhibiting 11th Hour, 11th Day, 11th Month.

This temporary exhibit will be incorporated into the guided house museum tours from November 1st until December 30th, 2018. Objects on display in recognition of the special date include an original WWI uniform, a painted Army helmet, and trench art. Remembered around the world as Armistice or Remembrance Day, in the United States November 11th also coincides with Veterans Day which honors all of our nation’s veterans.

    Admission for this tour can be purchased 15 minutes beforehand at the Gift Shop, located at 1616 Blanding Street.
