Candlelight Tours & Carriage Rides
Candlelight Tours are $5/adult members and free for youth members; $15/adult and $8/youth for non-members
Carriage Rides are an additional $10/person. You must purchase a Candlelight Tour ticket to purchase a Carriage Ride ticket.

Visit the decorated, candlelit halls of the Hampton-Preston Mansion and the Robert Mills House on a guided tour during our annual Candlelight Tours & Carriage Rides on Friday, Dec. 14!
Enjoy live music, entertainment, children’s activities and hot chocolate from Scoopy Doo while celebrating the holidays with Historic Columbia. Before or after your house tour, take a carriage ride through the Robert Mills Historic District. Stop by the Gift Shop’s holiday open house throughout the evening for a last minute store-wide sale as well as refreshments, holiday tunes and giveaways.
Author and photographer Bill Fitzpatrick will be stationed at the Carriage House signing copies of his latest book, South Carolina's Sacred Spaces, which contains 248 pages filled with photographs and stories of some of the most interesting sacred spaces in South Carolina. All proceeds benefit Preservation South Carolina’s Endangered Sacred Spaces Fund.
There is limited space on the carriage rides and guests are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance in addition to their Candlelight Tour ticket. Please note: Carriage Rides are an add-on option. Guests must purchase a Candlelight Tour ticket to purchase a Carriage Ride ticket.
