Townhomes at McCants : Lyles St, Columbia, SC 29201

Join us at McCants and tour the new homes which occupy the historic Fannie McCants Elementary School.

Students last roamed McCants Elementary School's halls in 1999. Its new life as an eleven-unit townhome development in the heart of historic Earlewood began when renovations were completed by Hill Construction Company in the fall of 2017. Zack Wheeler spearheaded the project with his father, Jeff, the other half of Columbia real estate development company Wheeler & Wheeler.
