Renovation Rodeo | Millwood Avenue

Sold Out!

Those registered will receive the address before the event date : TBA, Columbia, SC 29205

Join Palladium on Thursday, March 21, 2024, from 5:30-7:00 p.m. to view a mid-century modern commercial property located in Melrose Heights. Attendees of this Renovation Rodeo will have the unique opportunity to tour both halves of this architect-designed building—one of which has been completely renovated, and the other which reveals a bygone era that the owners hope will inform its future use. Participants will learn about the renovation process from the owners as well as the history of the site. Enjoy light hors d’oeuvres, beer, and wine as you mingle with fellow preservation enthusiasts.

The exact address for the Renovation Rodeo will be emailed to all attendees on the day before the event. Please make sure to register with your current email address.
