1623 Richland Street
During the late 19th century this portion of Richland Street featured more homes. Until the 1910s, four buildings of equal size, of which this structure is the last remaining, stood on the eastern half of the block’s north side. Initially built as a single-family home sometime during the 1910s, 1623 Richland Street was converted into a duplex at unknown time.
