Watch Live:

Join Historic Columbia at Jubilee: Festival of Black History & Culture from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 18. Now in its 43rd year, this free festival brings musicians, artisans, and storytellers together to celebrate South Carolina’s black history and culture on the grounds of the Mann-Simons Site.

A children’s area will be available with educational and family-friendly activities. In addition, there will be many vendors selling food aligned with the cultural representations found at the festival.

All visitors and vendors will be required to wear masks and DHEC will be offering all three types of vaccinations against COVID-19 from 11 a.m - 4 p.m.
