Fall Plant Sale

Robert Mills House : 1616 Blanding St, Columbia, SC 29201

In partnership with the Midlands Native Plant Society, Historic Columbia is hosting a Fall Plant Sale on the grounds of the Robert Mills House. From subtropicals to woody trees, Historic Columbia will be offering a wide array of plants all propagated from our living collections across our sites. Examples include an uncommon pink form of Bridal Wreath (Spiraea thunbergia ‘Fujino Pink’), a summer blooming 6’ tall daylily (Hemerocallis x ‘Autumn Minaret’), and a historic hybrid wine grape discovered here in Columbia in the 19th century (Vitis x ‘Herbemont’)!

This sale will begin from 4-5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 28 for HC members only, and then will be open to the public 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. both Friday and Saturday.
