Main Street Walking Tour

Tour begins at Boyd Plaza : 1515 Main Street, Columbia, SC 29201

Join Historic Columbia for a stroll down Main Street. Participants will learn about the architecture and history of buildings along the 1300-1700 blocks of Main Street. The tour begins and ends at Boyd Plaza and will last approximately 75 minutes.

  • Tickets

    Only 20 tickets are available for each Sunday Stroll. Online ticket sales end on Friday, September 1, 2023, at 3:00 p.m.

    HC: $5 
    Non-member: $10 
    Youth: Under 17 free 

  • Parking

    Main Street has many parking deck options as well as free, metered parking on Sundays. There are accessible parking spaces located close to Boyd Plaza. Keep in mind that this tour includes standing and walking approximately eight blocks on downtown sidewalks. 

  • Refunds

    This tour will take place rain or shine. However, if there are thunderstorms in the neighborhood the tour will be canceled, and you will be contacted to receive either a refund or a ticket for a future Second Sunday Stroll. If the tour proceeds as planned, no refunds will be offered.
